1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using MintedModels.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Minted Models LTD, registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or access any content on this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18. We may require age verification documentation at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
• Circumvent any platform payment or subscription system.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Adult Content Policy

Certain sections of the Platform may contain content of an adult nature. Such content is restricted to verified adults (18+). Users who upload adult content must confirm that all individuals depicted are adults and have provided informed consent. Illegal content — including but not limited to content involving minors — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement. We comply fully with applicable UK obscenity and online safety legislation.

6. Payment Terms

Professional accounts require a paid subscription to access full platform features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with UK consumer law. To request a refund, contact billing@mintedmodels.com.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Minted Models LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform. You may remove your content at any time by deleting it from your profile or closing your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Minted Models LTD provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms or for any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Platform or other users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
