Complaints Procedure

Last updated 21 May 2026

1. About This Procedure

MintedModels is operated by Minted Models Ltd, a company established within the European Union. This procedure explains how users, members of the public, rights holders, or affected individuals can report content, behaviour, or activity that may breach our Terms, Community Standards, or applicable law.

MintedModels is a user-generated content platform. All profiles, photographs, videos, text, and other materials are uploaded directly by users or account holders, not by MintedModels itself. We do not pre-screen all uploaded content and are not responsible for unlawful or unauthorised uploads made by users. However, we take complaints seriously and act promptly where content breaches our policies or applicable law.

Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by law.

2. How To Submit A Complaint

The fastest way to report content is directly through the platform.

Where available:

  • Open the relevant profile, image, or content
  • Select the menu option (⋯)
  • Choose Report
  • Select the most appropriate category
  • Provide supporting information in the text box

This routes the complaint directly to the appropriate moderation team and allows faster handling than via email.

If you cannot access the reporting tools, you may contact our support team through the platform support system.

3. Complaint Categories

Child Safety / Illegal Content Involving Minors

Priority: Immediate review

MintedModels allows certain under-18 modelling profiles where permitted by law and where managed or authorised by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative.

Junior or youth model accounts are subject to platform restrictions and are not permitted to access or participate in adult sections, adult services, or age-restricted platform features.

However, any suspected:

  • illegal sexualised content involving minors,
  • exploitative imagery,
  • indecent images of children,
  • grooming behaviour,
  • or attempts to bypass age restrictions

are treated with the highest priority and may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, account termination, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

If you believe content involving a minor may be unlawful, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe, please report it immediately through the platform reporting tools.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

Priority: Urgent review (target: within 24 hours)

This includes:

  • Intimate images shared without consent
  • “Revenge porn”
  • Deepfake or synthetic intimate imagery
  • Blackmail or coercive sexual content

Reported content may be temporarily restricted or removed pending investigation.

Individuals do not need to hold a MintedModels account to submit a report.

Harassment, Abuse, Hate Speech, or Threats

Priority: High priority review

Content involving:

  • Threats or intimidation
  • Harassment or stalking
  • Hate speech
  • Incitement to violence
  • Bullying or targeted abuse
  • Glorification of self-harm

may be removed and accounts restricted or suspended where appropriate.

Copyright Infringement

Priority: Standard legal review

If you believe content infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please use the reporting tools attached to the content and select:

Report → Copyright Infringement

You should include:

  • Proof you own or control the rights
  • Identification of the material concerned
  • A short explanation of the alleged infringement

False or abusive copyright complaints may result in account action.

Further information is available in our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Impersonation or Fake Profiles

Priority: Standard review

If somebody is using your:

  • name,
  • identity,
  • brand,
  • photographs,
  • or likeness

without permission, please report the account directly through the platform.

Additional verification may be requested before action is taken.

Privacy Violations / Personal Information

Priority: Standard review

This includes unauthorised disclosure of:

  • addresses,
  • telephone numbers,
  • private identity information,
  • legal names where stage names are used,
  • or other personal data.

We assess reports under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including relevant EU and UK legislation where applicable.

Other Concerns

If your concern does not fit one of the categories above, please use the nearest matching report category and explain the issue clearly.

Our moderation team will redirect the complaint internally if necessary.
